On The Verge Of Everything

Wes found me through a friend of a friend of someone i had shot. One of those things. He is about to graduate high school TD and wanted to document this time in his life but was having a difficult time in finding something not posed or traditional. I am sometimes hesitant to shoot certain trips because i know there are people out there that either have more experience or passion for that and i dont want to short change the client, right? We talked for a bit though and the more we talked the more i saw myself in this young man and thought we could come up with something together. The kid is on fire and extremely pure of heart in the way that most people i meet aren't. His words that caught me were something to the extent of "i make friends everywhere i go and when i decide i want to do something, i do it." I like this and have been heard to say things quite similar. Im too tired now to find some parable within and expound on our time together but i will let the pictures tell it like they want to.
